In my experience, the signal strength of Pico M2 become much weaker in v3.2.1. Even after I set it to High. So I downgraded back to v2.4.6. Please someone at UBNT check this problem.

if you are using windows, open Windows Task Manager -> Process -> look for Java and kill / end process them. After that try to start your unifi controller. Let me know if it works.

My suggestion for UBNT: deliver v2 software with multi-site management. I don't think feature like Zero-Handoff Roaming can be implemented very well (more problems than benefit). Please!
